On the morning of August 31, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education held a video conference on the employment scheduling of college graduates across the province. Our school set up branch venues as required. The principal Liu Hong, the vice principal Cong Mingcai, the Admissions and Employment Office and the leaders of various departments responsible for employment work attended the meeting.
At the meeting, six colleges and universities introduced their employment experience; Xiao Xingzhi, deputy director of the Department of Education, conveyed the spirit of Governor Liu Ning’s speech at the provincial employment leadership group meeting; and Li Qingcai, deputy director of the Department of Education, delivered a speech and deployed the next Stage work tasks.
After the meeting, the school held an on-site meeting on how to implement the spirit of video conferencing and do a good job in the employment of our school. The director of the Admissions and Employment Office Jing Shuiqin informed the school's initial employment rate and arranged the work to be carried out in the next stage. Vice President Cong Mingcai affirmed the achievements of employment workers at all levels through hard work during the special period, and put forward specific requirements for the employment data verification and annual employment goals to be carried out in the second half of the year.
Finally, President Liu Hong made a speech and emphasized three points. First, we must strengthen study. The person in charge of the employment work of the colleges and departments should attach great importance to the ideological level, improve the position politically, establish a general view, and do a good job in the domestic and foreign situation research and judgment; it is necessary to implement the morality and talents, help the students to establish the correct employment concept, and cultivate and serve the hometown construction of Liaoning Second, we must do a good job of key tasks.
We must conscientiously implement the requirements of this video conference, strive to achieve the annual employment goals, seriously verify the employment data in the second half of the year, and do a good job in the employment of 2021 graduates; third, we must innovate work ideas and methods. We must focus on the construction of the professional job market, maintain good contact with employers, do a good job of job market visits and demand research, carry out customized order training, improve talent training programs, and send graduates who meet social expectations and needs.
